What's the best CRM software for small businesses?

I’m looking for a budget-friendly CRM for my team of 23. I thought about using HubSpot, but I’ve heard a lot of complaints about their slow support. Any tips on dealing with that? Or do you have other affordable CRM options you’d recommend?

Check out Salesflare. Won “best support” on G2 several times. It’s also more automated, cheaper and easier to use.

I tested different tools, including HubSpot, but settled on Teamopipe. It’s a simple CRM that suits my small team’s needs, and their support is always quick.

not a huge fan of these chrome extension CRM’s personally, but they have their place

We used pipedrive, it was allright

we used to use Pipedrive and Hubspot. We switched to Teamgate 2 years ago and haven’t looked back.

Similar functionality and price to Pipedrive, but customer support is unreal.
