Is there a video compressor that lets you choose the file size? I don’t mind if the quality takes a hit.

It’s pretty easy to use once you get the hang of the settings. Plus, it works on both Windows and Mac, so it’s super versatile!
Shutter Encoder is a GUI for FFmpeg, and it’ll let you compress the heck out of videos, even turning hours of footage into just 24MB!

Pick codec let it load put in file size on the right and it run depending on codec, bitrate and your pc it could take a while
I cannot get my video 10 10kb from 1 gb, which is what i need to do. The video is 10 hours long XD
Yeah, you have to be reasonable. That’s not going to happen.
