I’m trying to show an image of a PS2 controller on my screen while I play a game. I’m using an Xbox controller on my emulator, and I can’t remember the button layout since I’ve never used a PlayStation console before. I’ve looked for programs to do this, but none of them can just display an image. I’ve searched everywhere! Does anyone know of a program that can help? Think of it like an OBS image overlay, but I want it to be visible all the time on my PC.
Just print out a picture of a controller, lol!
is your game running in windowed mode or fullscreen? That can make a difference. If it’s windowed, there are apps that can help with this.
But honestly, it might just be easier to print out a picture of the controller and stick it next to your monitor. That way, you won’t have an app covering part of your game. Sometimes, the simplest solutions don’t need software
I would play the game in fullscreen, and i don’t have a colored printer so it won’t be too effective.
you could try using Microsoft PowerToys. It has an ‘always on top’ feature that lets you pin an open image file over your game.
