I’m not sure how to phrase this, but I want to create an ISO for a movie and make a custom menu for it. I can’t afford DVD Architect, and I think it’s one of the few options available. Maybe I’m wrong, though. Any suggestions…
I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but since you mentioned CD, I remember creating VCDs with custom menus years ago using VCDEasy. It used to be free, but now it’s paid. I think version 1.1.5.2 was the last free one.

Alternatively, you might want to try DVD-lab for DVDs. It has a standard free version, but I haven’t used it myself.
