How do I create a SaaS without knowing how to code?

Can I do this? I don’t know any coding, but I want to build a SaaS because I think it’s a great business model.

How can you build a SaaS if you don’t know how to code? What steps should I take?

I would advise having a lot of money, picking up coding, or choosing an other course of action.

What do you think about using a landing page to presell the software and fund development? Here’s the plan:

  1. Set up a landing page that accepts payments and shows all the software features (it’ll be B2B).
  2. Offer a deal to backers, like a 50% discount for the first 2 years if they donate $1k now.
  3. Figure out how much you need to raise by asking developers for cost estimates. Aim to raise 10-20% more for a safety margin.
  4. Develop the software.
  5. Give access to donors first, then launch it to the public.
  6. Start marketing to attract more clients.

This is how a scam gets into your hands, and when it eventually gets out, it ruins your reputation.

There are so many ways that could go wrong. I’d suggest learning and building a prototype yourself as much as you can before trying to presell anything. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

You can’t build a successful SaaS business without knowing how to code. If you don’t have coding skills, you’ll need to hire or partner with someone who does. There will be bugs, feature requests, software integrations, and more to handle.
